city center location good breakfast variety festive decorations
the room offered immediate access to city center attractions. the breakfast included good variety and custom requests were fulfilled promptly. the christmas decorations in the bar and restaurant areas were attractively arranged adding a festive touch to my visit.
the hotel lacked air conditioning .

amazing stay!
prime location friendly staff
The hotel is in such a prime location close to the river and all those cute cafes! the staff members were super friendly. Our room was very nice and neat. i loved how short the walk was to the roman baths it.
the stairs were a bit much, i feel like older people might have a hard time, or people with accessibility issues. the main road was busy though the noise wasn't too bad from my room.

My room included a very comfy bed and modern decor, i really appreciated the attention to detail. the bathroom fixtures seemed brand new with fluffy towels provided. I liked that!

Excellent Stay Experience
central location available umbrellas great idea amazing food
The location was central. It made exploring very easy. I appreciated the umbrellas available at the front desk for rainy days. Maria and Saloni provided great ideas and showed unlimited patience (i found them to be very thoughtful!). The tea room offered amazing food and great service. The ambiance was unrushed.
the room was small, with little space to maneuver. space for clothing was limited. the hanging space was too short.

The location was quite central, easily allowing access to nearby attractions. the staff impressed me. They handled requests promptly. the breakfast buffet included a variety of options.
